- Collaborate with NBNPHA members province-wide to gather governance, operational, and financial information for creating organization-specific and sector-wide succession and sustainability plans.
- Contribute to NBNPHA member communications like newsletters, bulletins, workshops, regional meetings, and the annual conference.
- Engage with third-party stakeholders such as Housing NB and CMHC to implement succession and sustainability plans for the sector.
- Support members in their succession and sustainability planning endeavors.
- Passion for affordable housing.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Located anywhere in New Brunswick with the ability to work remotely.
- Experience in non-profit organizations is advantageous.
- University degree in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel across the province as required.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities.

Providing housing advocacy, management, development support, research, policy development, administration, communication, networking, and member support programs.
The non-profit and co-op housing sector undergoes a significant transformation due to the rising demand for more affordable housing in New Brunswick. Prioritizing development, governance, and operational capacity within the sector.
NBNPHA seeks two Member Services Managers to assist in leading the development of succession and sustainability plans for members and the sector. One manager for Northern New Brunswick and one for Southern New Brunswick.
