Administration Clerk (Financial Services Section):

The Police Administration Department requires a regular full-time Administration Clerk (Financial Services Section) to join the Police Administration team at the RCMP Detachment.

You will provide administrative support services involving purchasing, personnel and payroll, accounting clerical, and/or general clerical duties.

Specifically, you will prepare, process, and maintain a large volume of records, files, permits, licenses, indexes and accounts pertaining to department activities; such as invoices, requisitions, prisoner data, cheques, fees, receipts, payroll forms, inventory and other documentation.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an RCMP security clearance as a condition of ongoing employment.


Salary:

$27.43 to $32.23 per hour
(Pay Grade 1- January 2021 rates)


Hours of Work:

Any consecutive 7 hours between 6:00am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, exclusive of meal breaks (35 hour week).

The City of North Vancouver currently works on a compressed work schedule, with one scheduled day off each three-week scheduling cycle.
