- Knowledge of the dining room table numbers and their assigned locations
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Lead guests with reservations to assigned dining and bar areas
- Manage reservations and available seating options

- Assist in helping clear and set tables when time permits
- Communicate and collaborate with busboys and servers to ensure quick and efficient service
- Must be bilingual (French and English) and 18 years or older
- Strong Knowledge of reservations systems
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills. Must be able to anticipate needs and adjust accordingly
- Polished and professional appearance
- Significant experience in customer service and hosting in an upscale dining environment (minimum 2 years required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills as a representative of our brand
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Has an excellent understanding of time management
- A positive and collaborative team player attitude
- Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays

- Apparence soignée et professionnelle
- Expérience significative dans le service à la clientèle et l'accueil dans un environnement de restauration haut de gamme (minimum 2 ans requis)
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles en tant que représentant de notre marque
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement au rythme rapide
