As a life and health insurance financial security advisor, you help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients.
You help sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices.
Your focus areas include individual insurance, group insurance and retirement savings plans, insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance and life and health insurance claims settlement.
You help promote and sell financial security products and services. The ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly understand clients' expressed needs is therefore essential. You help analyze member/client needs and develop personalized solutions. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization's standards and procedures.You support current and potential members and clients. The ability to tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential. You represent the organization and help negotiate agreements with clients. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
General Information on the Position
Main Responsibilities- Sell and provide advice on life, health, disability and critical illness insurance products- Assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed.
Help target and analyze potential member/client files- Act on business opportunities and present information to partners so that members and clients can reach their financial goals- Help monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay on top of new products and trends.
Other working conditions- Schedule : 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, including 2 evenings shift- The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Number of jobs available : 1Qualifications:
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
