Job Summary:

The Receiving Clerk accurately bills orders, traces products, ensures correct shipments, checks in drivers, and assists in shipping.

Responsibilities:

Collect, record, verify, and print receiving documentation and data; investigate variances and discrepancies
Act as a point of contact for Truck Drivers, provide accurate paperwork, track driver concerns
Support supervisor with driver schedule, lot layout, work with Quality Department
Schedule receiving and inbound appointments, ensure compliance with standards
Other core expectations outlined by the company

Requirements:

High school diploma; Post-secondary education in a business discipline preferred
2-3 years of record management experience in produce industry preferred
Knowledge of Manufacturing Practices, Health and Safety, and Food Safety
Experience with ERP software FAMOUS
Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently

Working Conditions:

Varied work hours, flexibility required
Operates in a refrigerated warehouse with packaging machinery noise
Regular use of standard office equipment, vision capabilities required
Requires physical abilities like standing, walking, lifting up to 50-pounds
