Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Orthodontic Practice Treatment Coordinator to join our team at York Orthodontics.

Our practice is dedicated to providing top-quality orthodontic care to our patients, and we are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the orthodotist and hygienist during orthodontic procedures
  • Taking and developing dental radiographs, scan of teeth and photographs
  • Sterilizing and preparing instruments and materials
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Coordinating patient consultations and treatment plans
  • Presenting financial and treatment options to patients and their families
  • Managing patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and insurance companies
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to patients and their families
  • Keeping the front office organized and running smoothly
  • Assisting with general office tasks as needed
  • Supporting marketing efforts and promoting the practice

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in a dental/orthodontic practice
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of insurance and billing procedures
  • Ability to work in a teamoriented environment
  • Flexibility to work Monday-Friday and one Saturday per month
  • Thursday and Fridays at the North York location
  • Energetic and positive attitude

Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
