We are looking to add full time
Logistics Coordinator to our Lindsay team.


Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of labels on all products (Job numbers, serial/test numbers and item numbers);
  • Review wiring charts/configurations with the corresponding serial numbers of CTs and PTs on EMP for accuracy;
  • Assemble orders, as per Purchase Order travelers; carefully review for incomplete equipment;
  • Package product, as per procedure, to prevent damage (including static damage) during transit;
  • Review and followup on orders for accuracy and completion;
  • Accurately create shipping forms/packing slips created in SAGE.
  • Coordinate courier pickups, review shipping labels for valid and correct ship to information to ensure equipment is delivered on time to the correct location;
  • Comply with guidelines set out for proper handling procedures while within the designated antistatic board assembly areas;
  • Provide supplementary or backup coverage for assembly and/or wiring of equipment;
  • Interact with others in a professional manner;
  • Attention to detail is very important e.g. Record Keeping & Equipment Quality Assurance must be accurate;
  • Willingness to learn and offer suggestions for improvement is encouraged.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Excellent reasoning and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in basic math
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Team player
  • Received OSSD

Work environment

  • Warehouse
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
