Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a manufacturing establishment or the operations or production department of a manufacturing establishment
Oversee the manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes and meet production targets
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement ad implement corrective actions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery products
Manage and train a team of manufacturing personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Implement and main quality control procedures to meet customer specifications
Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed

Qualifications:

years of manufacturing management, preferably in food industry

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles and lean manufacturing techniques
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in using manufacturing software systems
