Position Overview


The Quality Analyst role will lead initiatives to improve the quality of the interactions that our Sales Representatives have with Autodesk customers.

You will master the Art & Science of Sales. You will collaborate with some of the best sales professionals in the industry to navigate complex enterprise sales environments.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Able to review raw data and turn into insightful stories which can be actioned
  • Able to build and edit PowerBI reports and dashboards
  • Able to query databases (JSON queries a plus) _
  • Preferred_
  • Experience with text or conversational analytics
  • Conversational Analytics:
  • Experience with call recording and quality data
  • Experience turning conversational and call transcript data into actionable insights which can be used for website, chatbots, call flow (IVR), and CRM knowledge module
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of quality analyst or B2B experience
  • Familiar with quality management and quality assurance processes, ideally in a Sales or Contact Center environment
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales
  • Knowledge of Contact Centers
  • Contact Center Technologies:
  • Experience using Call Recording/Transcription solutions
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence
  • Automation
  • Experience automating tasks and processes
  • Sales Training and Coaching
  • Change Management
  • Quality Reviews:
  • Analyze call data
  • Evaluate the quality of Sales calls
Preferred Qualifications

  • Communication:
  • Ability to present, explain data, and make recommendations to managers and sales representatives, to help them improve the quality of sales interactions
  • Training and Coaching skills
  • Languages a plus: French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese
  • Collaboration skills
