    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Liability/Construction Litigation Associate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team As an industry-leading law firm specializing in general liability matters, we offer a collaborative work environment, challenging case loads, and excellent professional growth opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • 3-8 years of construction defense litigation experience required
    • Licensed to practice in Albert
    • Experience managing all aspects of the litigation process including drafting motions, pleadings, briefs and handling a case from inception to conclusion
    • Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
    • Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
