    Highly-rated Law Firm Seeking Junior Civil Litigation Lawyer
    The highly-rated law firm is looking to add a stellar junior civil litigation lawyer to their growing team


    Desired Background:
    #2-4 years of construction litigation experience required
    # Licensed to practice in Alberta
    # Areas of practice include commercial or civil litigation including construction defense, breach of contract, insurance defense, premises and product liability, tort, class actions or labor/employment
    # Experience with discovery, motions, leading depositions, and pleadings
    # Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
    # Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
