Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and ongoing advice of the Moodle system
  • Collect and analyse the data of the Moodle system
  • Identifies key needs, growth opportunities, assess new product ideas / innovations, determine market opportunity through direct customer feedback
  • Assist the company in formulating product development strategies
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and participate in prioritization of initiatives
  • Be responsible for the UI/US design to provide better user experience
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of the Moodle system
  • Monitor all project development activities, delivering on time and onbudget, while communicating effectively with all stakeholders
  • Work closely with the product development team
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Director
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information system or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in developing Moodle LMS (Learning Management System) and/or other elearning system.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin are required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
  • Strong research and analytical, problemsolving, persuasive/influencing, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Wage
$60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience and skills
