Responsibilities

Provide oversight and ongoing advice of the Moodle system
Collect and analyse the data of the Moodle system
Identifies key needs, growth opportunities, assess new product ideas / innovations, determine market opportunity through direct customer feedback
Assist the company in formulating product development strategies
Develop and implement marketing strategies and participate in prioritization of initiatives
Be responsible for the UI/US design to provide better user experience
Monitor and ensure the quality of the Moodle system
Monitor all project development activities, delivering on time and onbudget, while communicating effectively with all stakeholders
Work closely with the product development team
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Director
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information system or related field required.
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in developing Moodle LMS (Learning Management System) and/or other elearning system.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin are required
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
Strong research and analytical, problemsolving, persuasive/influencing, organizational, and time management skills.

$60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience and skills
