Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and ongoing advice of the Moodle system
- Collect and analyse the data of the Moodle system
- Identifies key needs, growth opportunities, assess new product ideas / innovations, determine market opportunity through direct customer feedback
- Assist the company in formulating product development strategies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and participate in prioritization of initiatives
- Be responsible for the UI/US design to provide better user experience
- Monitor and ensure the quality of the Moodle system
- Monitor all project development activities, delivering on time and onbudget, while communicating effectively with all stakeholders
- Work closely with the product development team
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Director
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information system or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in developing Moodle LMS (Learning Management System) and/or other elearning system.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin are required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
- Strong research and analytical, problemsolving, persuasive/influencing, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
- Good timemanagement skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

Wage
$60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience and skills
