receptionist

Majority of the time will be at our Richmond location (Richmond Orthodontic Centre) but there will be some days working out of our Vancouver location (Orthologie Orthodontics).
No previous dental, orthodontic, or health care experience needed. We will provide all necessary job training.
This position is fulltime.

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients as they enter the office
Answering the phone and scheduling appointments
Prepare reports to send to other dental offices
Record videos for our office social media
Keep the reception area neat and tidy
Help out wherever and whenever possible

Requirements:

Product knowledge and ongoing training will be provided and there will be opportunity to grow in job duties and responsibilities.
No previous dental, orthodontic or health care experience needed.
Ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, or another language is an asset.
Position is full time.

Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
