    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Service equipment and hoists for Equipment Company, ensuring outstanding customer service and safety compliance.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
    • Demonstrate a proactive and dependable work attitude.
    • Provide courteous and timely assistance to customers.
    • Employ problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges.
    • Utilize strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and technical documentation.
    • Assist with equipment maintenance, repair, and transportation.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Uphold professional standards in attire and vehicle maintenance.
    • Notify management of safety concerns promptly.
    • Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.
    • Safeguard company tools and equipment.
    • Lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights as needed.
    • Be available for overtime and on-call duties as required.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    TECHNICAL SKILLS/LICENSES:

    • Operate yard and shop equipment proficiently.
    • Maintain Rigging and Signal Person certification.
    • Keep CPR, First Aid, and driver's license current.
    • Forklift operator's license may be required.
    • Crane Operator Qualification may be necessary.
