- Collaborate with the engineering team to architect, develop, and validate the cloudbased platform, encompassing frontend, backend, and services.
- Engage in feature estimation, prioritization, sprint planning, biweekly sprints, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to product evolution by comprehending customer requirements and collaborating with the product team to conceive, strategize, and implement new features.
- Provide support to early adopters by troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Facilitate process enhancements and judiciously balance agility, costeffectiveness, and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a proficient Scala developer.
- Proficiency in at least 2 of the following areas:
- 5+ years of back-end development (e.g., REST API) for enterprise B2B products.
- 5+ years of web development (React or similar framework) with expertise in HTML/CSS.
- Cloud platform development experience, particularly with AWS.
- Background in data warehousing/database operations (e.g., as a data scientist or DBA) with strong SQL proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and collaborate within a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in startup environments or small teams, familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and a proactive mindset towards potential threats.
- Highly desirable: Familiarity with program analysis techniques, particularly static analysis and formal methods.
