OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership) was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.


About the role:

As a

Digital Design Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to create and execute compelling elements that effectively communicate the organizations brand strategy. You will work within the Marketing and Communications team, and collaborate with other relevant departments, to create engaging visual assets across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, design expertise, project management skills, a strong understanding of brand identity and intermediate technical skills to create/add and update designs within the MS SharePoint platform.


What you'll do:


  • Design Execution: Take ownership of digital graphic design projects from start to finish, translating concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs
  • Creative Concept Development: Generate innovative and original design concepts that align with the organization's brand identity and communication goals
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all design materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards
  • Content Creation: Produce creative visual assets, including but not limited to illustrations, infographics, videos, web banners
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the design process
  • Design Optimization: Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback, design trends, and industry best practices
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple graphic design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards
  • Design Research: Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into design projects to maintain a fresh and contemporary aesthetic
  • Technology: Understand and manage common administrative tasks on MS SharePoint software

What you've done:


  • Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team and provide clear feedback to stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality design work
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback and iterate on design concepts
  • Intermediate technical skills to perform common administrative tasks on MS SharePoint or similar type of platform
  • Bilingualism English and French is an asset
