Job Overview:

Under general supervision, the Production Support analyst role contributes to Wawanesa's success by providing support to stakeholders with analysis expertise to coordinate their reports to resolution.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure department processes contribute to organizational goals and represents the best interests of stakeholders
Respond to reports by using firstlevel problem determination techniques to triage, analyze, solve, and escalate where necessary
Representing the front end and demonstrating commitment to providing an exceptional level of customer service and communication to achieve the timely resolution of reports
Participate in design and business requirements; verify new system technology and enhancements to existing systems, products, services and processes inclusive of planning, designing, executing and evaluating test material
Contribute to and monitor adherence of processes, procedures and standards; assist in the ongoing improvement of quality and efficiency, including preparing and recommending solutions as part of continuous improvement
Contribute to the growth and maintenance of the department knowledge base
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry
Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problemsolving skills
Willingness to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Willing to pursue GIE/CIP designation is considered an asset
