Job summary

The Operations & Administration Manager plays a central role within the organization. This position serves as a key coordination hub between corporate teams and in-field operating teams at hotels and other businesses. The successful candidate will be comfortable shifting between administrative responsibilities, operational coordination, and ad-hoc problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between corporate teams and in-field operators across the hotel and residential portfolios.
  • Assist in tracking deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups related to operational matters.
