As an administrative assistant on the Structured Products team at National Bank, you will be an expert in the sector and support stakeholders in legal matters.

You will be responsible for carrying out and coordinating specific stages in various projects and will help prepare various legal and other reports and documents, as well as invoicing.

In this role, you'll have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your administrative knowledge and your ability to work diligently and with attention to detail.

**Your role

  • Support the team at all levels, organizing mail, printing, reserving rooms, booking flights, etc.
  • Participate in the invoicing process, including reviewing and preparing tables.
  • Ensure the steps for implementing structured products are seamless, including circulating documents and following up internally and externally.
  • Develop procedures and processes for implementing and managing structured products to improve efficiency.
**Your team
On the Specialized Transactions and Products team, you'll work with a team of 11 lawyers and paralegals. You'll report to the Manager, Specialized Transactions and Products. Our team stands out for its efficiency, availability, expertise, creativity and dynamism. Every day, our team works with various financial engineers that structure financial products.

Prerequisites

  • College Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration
  • Knowledge of and/or interest in financial markets, or willingness to learn
  • Organized, motivated, meticulous and autonomous
  • Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
