The Role:
Our client in the food & beverages industry has an opening for a weekend night shift (Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7pm-7am)
Manufacturing Supervisor.

Cambridge, ON
3 Shifts:
- 12 Hours shifts Weekend Night Shifts Friday, Saturday & Sunday (7pm to 7 am)
- 8 Hours Shifts Night Shifts 11pm7am Sunday to Thursday
- 8 Hours Shifts Afternoon Shifts 11pm7am Sunday to Thursday
What the Manufacturing Supervisor will be working on:
- Provides daily work direction to frontline associates
- Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics
- Leads daily performance meetings
- Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action
- Makes daily decisions impacting the business
- Handles all team performance and personnel issues
- Manages time and payroll systems
What the Manufacturing Supervisor requires:
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations required
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others
- Take Others With You
- Able to Instruct and Teach Others
- Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities
- Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures
- Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
Job Types:

Salary:
$70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
