We are looking for a Food Production Prep Member/Driver.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivering large volumes of perishable food products and picking up supplies in a
_safe _and
_timely fashion _(delivery routes will vary from time to time)
Maintaining a sense of urgency to all requests by other team members and clients
Performing efficient loading practices i.e. check load accuracy, secure loads, and ensures products are on the truck etc.
Conducting pretrip inspection and check load security

(Note:

Driver will operate an 18' straight truck)

Obtaining CODs and verifying and signatures on delivery
Maintaining a clean delivery vehicle (interior, exterior, and delivery trolleys)
Performing daily pre/post shift safety inspections and advising the Supervisor of any concerns or service recommendations
Refueling vehicle as required and maintain usage/mileage logs
Adhering to established uniform requirements and maintains a professional image and handles all client interactions in a courteous, customeroriented manner
Providing support to our other food service areas as required
Ensuring full compliance with Department of Transportation Regulations

Requirements:

Above average customer service skills, personable and approachable
Time management skills, punctual
Work in a temperaturecontrolled environment
Works well under pressure, understands sense of urgency
Ability to be versatile and respond quickly to changes
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Willing to crosstrain; work various position
Valid class 5 drivers license
