As a Dishwasher with Scarlett House, your _
Duties and Responsibilities are:_
- _Load, run and unload the dish machine._
- _Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately._
- _Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle._
- _Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware._
- _Keep dish room and general kitchen clean and organized._
- _Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen._
- _Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss._
- _Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies._
- _Clean food preparation and production areas as required._
- _Must be willing to maintain the work area for the Ware-wash_
- _Ordering and inventory of ware wash chemicals and equipment._
- _Train and oversee temps that will be working on a daily basis in the dish area_


Qualifications:

- _Previous experience with commercial dishwasher is an asset. _
- _Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long period of time._
- _Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop._
- _Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time_
- _Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks (up to 60 pounds) many times per shift._
- _Shift times: 4pm to 12am (with some variation depending on business volumes)_
