The Growth Manager is to support the definition, creation and management of Smile's growth plan with the goal of optimizing the revenue funnel.

The key outcome will be the creation of a robust "revenue generation engine" that delivers targeted revenue outcomes.

This role works cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to execute & inform the evolution of our growth initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the defining of Smile's growth objectives helping to determine and prioritize the layers of the revenue funnel and determining the focus of growth initiatives.
  • Quantify and understand growth progress against the objectives. This is accomplished through the selection of key performance indicators, and the development of reports on these metrics for consumption across the organization.
  • Prioritize growth initiatives and product changes by acting as the catcher and champion for product requests from outside the growth team.
  • Implement a framework for prioritizing growthspecific product improvements, and organizing the testing rhythm.
  • Gathers, coordinates and manages insights for new and emerging health care technologies to support the Growth Engine of Smile's lines of business. This requires the incumbent to ensure that the right data infrastructure and analytics are in place.
  • Collaborates closely with sales and marketing to ensure that Growth Engines is supporting new and existing leads to close.

Requirement:


  • Ability to align all marketfacing (sales, marketing, product development & delivery) functions to a shared growth objective without direct authority, and must build a growth team whose culture is suited to the challenging and experimental nature of the work.
  • 5+ years of relevant growth management or growth leadership experience in a startup or similar type of technology company, ideally focused on healthcare information technology markets.
  • Demonstrated revenue generation impact, through growth management functions, innovative partnerships and programs that have moved businesses forward.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of information technology systems capabilities & constraints with demonstrated experience driving health IT solutions along the full gotomarket continuum. Required strong knowledge of the common healthcare workflows and legacy market technology ecosystem.
  • Creative, flexible, analytical thinker: An exceptional systemlevel thinker with the ability to shift quickly between highlevel and detailoriented thinking. Must be able to wrangle ambiguous, openended questions to the ground.
