How will you contribute to the team?

Prepares the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract.
Assemble and compile schedules and cost data and inputs into the project control database and provide output to the project team.
Analyze progress and performance and identifies developing problem areas.
Assist and coach junior cost controller.
Maintain all subsidiary reports to facilitate good cost projections (EAC).
Support the Project Management team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.
Involve in the preparation and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports to keep management and/or owner informed on the project progress. These reports may include labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and earned value curves reports
May provide PP&C support to other business groups.

What will you contribute?

Handson experience, at least
Experience in setting up Oracle.
Handson experience with resource loading & earned value management systems.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of principles and concepts of cost as they relate to budgeting, monitoring and tracking actual costs, change orders and forecasting.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint Software.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent followup skills.
Ability to work independently and meet critical project deadlines.
