How will you contribute to the team?

  • Prepares the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract.
  • Assemble and compile schedules and cost data and inputs into the project control database and provide output to the project team.
  • Analyze progress and performance and identifies developing problem areas.
  • Assist and coach junior cost controller.
  • Maintain all subsidiary reports to facilitate good cost projections (EAC).
  • Support the Project Management team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.
  • Involve in the preparation and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports to keep management and/or owner informed on the project progress. These reports may include labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and earned value curves reports
  • May provide PP&C support to other business groups.

What will you contribute?

  • Handson experience, at least
  • Experience in setting up Oracle.
  • Handson experience with resource loading & earned value management systems.
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of principles and concepts of cost as they relate to budgeting, monitoring and tracking actual costs, change orders and forecasting.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint Software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent followup skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet critical project deadlines.
