We are seeking a talented technical writer to join our team.
The technical writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, online help systems, and other support materials.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, online help systems, and other support materials.
- Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise documentation.
- Revise and update documentation as needed to reflect changes in product features or functionality.
- Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Ensure documentation complies with company standards for style, format, and terminology.
- Test and review software products to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in technical writing, computer science, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear, concise documentation.
- Experience with documentation tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
