We are currently seeking a SFDC Admin to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

We are requesting a dedicated SF admin to do the following (in priority order):
Consolidate the individual marketing BF teams into one Corporate Marketing organization
(eliminating the chart of accounts mapping issue for the location of records)
Remap FY24 & FY25 YTD data to get an accurate representation of the organization as of FY25Q1 (data load request)
Accelerate the current FY25 roadmap deliverables
Field support inquiries related to bugs for the marketing organization
Support with mass updates (data loads) to keep budget & spend ownership current in the tool if there are large scale re-organizations
Support with adjustments to Marketing's BF hierarchy based on new reporting requirements in the future
Manage the accuracy of data that flows between BF & Coupa systems

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities below:
Consolidate the individual CMO direct level BF teams, hierarchies, and transaction details into one corporate marketing team.
Remap data within the consolidated BF team. Data in BF related to the marketing org is not current or accurate.

There have been multiple re-orgs and adjustments in budget ownership for closed & future quarters that have not been reflected in the tool.

Data from FY24Q1-FY25Q1 needs to be reviewed & updated through the data load process.
Manage the power user channel related to marketing specific inquiries about BF bugs and enhancement requests.
Make adjustments to the holistic marketing BF hierarchy if there are new reporting requirements.

There is no process to adjust the order of tiers, insert a new tier, or delete a tier if there are dependencies and records at lower levels.

Example:

If there is a shift in reporting requirements where the Tier 3 (marketing function) needs to become Cloud, the teams do not have access to mass update these requests.
