We have an new opening for a purchasing analyst to help us on our growth.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITES

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and provide trend analysis
  • Maintain an awareness on our supply
  • Review, identify and resolve stock out.
  • Develop and maintain product catalogue
  • With the National Operation Manager develop and maintain a network of suppliers
  • Communicate with our sales department to determine forecast and proper inventory levels.
  • Research product comparison prices
  • Determine cost effectiveness and price history
  • Research and identify missing or incorrect product details
  • Negotiate favorable pricing from our suppliers
  • Update listings for new and existing SKU's
  • Creating and editing category specific content
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Attention to details

REQUIRED SKILLS,

  • Degree/Diploma in business, supply chain, Analytics, or relevant field
  • 1+ years of experience in purchasing, product management or ecommerce
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry
  • Overall experience in merchandising, product management and data quality
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is an essential component to this role
