Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team for our Victoria location._


_Key Responsibilities:
_


  • Reporting to the Store Supervisor, this position will be responsible for:_
- _Customer Service including answering phones, responding to client inquiries and dispatching phone calls to appropriate parties_
- _Inside sales including working with clients in our showroom to assist with the purchase of basic mobility and medical equipment_
- _Complete hands-on training with experienced CSR staff_
- _Entering and processing third-party claims_
- _Assisting with the ordering of equipment and quoting for outside sales staff_
- _Processing rental requests for private rental of medical equipment as well as through the local Health Authority_
- _Coordinating with clinicians in Acute Care and in the Community to assist with equipment demo and rental requests_
- _Adhering to Island Mediquip's procedures to allow for a safe work environment._


_Required Skills_
- _Strong communication skills in fluent English (both verbal and written)._
- _Experience in healthcare and/or medical equipment would be an asset_
- _Computer skills - must be comfortable with MS Office Suite._
- _Strong organizational and filing skills_
- _Detailed oriented._
- _Must have a friendly, positive attitude and have the ability to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment._


Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
