About This Opportunity:

Docebo is looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate Business Development Representative who is interested in the team's goals, incessantly focussed on results, and has a glass-half-full mentality.


As a Business Development Representative, you will work directly to fuel Docebo's growth by developing a deep understanding of our product offering, identifying target accounts and prospects, and using lead-gen tools to proactively engage prospects with personalized outreach.

Docebo is looking for a go-getter; we welcome out-of the-box thinkers who can use their creativity and hustle to get in front of the right people and establish trust quickly.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify ideal target accounts within your segment, as well as the key stakeholders from those accounts that might benefit from learning about Docebo
  • Leverage existing, and create new compelling messaging to drive engagement with target prospects and create interest in discussing Docebo's offerings
  • Master the balance between Quality and Quantity to ensure engagement with the IDEAL target prospects, at the volume and velocity that will get you to your goals
  • Develop expertise in leveraging an extensive Tech Stack curated to provide you with access to the data and path to execution that you need to be successful
  • Own your performance, be a team player and leverage all resources available to you to meet and exceed your goals
  • Provide a stellar, worldclass experience to Inbound prospects who are looking to understand how Docebo can help their teams excel at building a culture of Learning
  • Attain deep level of understanding of the Docebo value proposition, as well as trends acrossHR, Learning and Development, Sales Enablement, and Customer and Partner Training functions
  • Manage your time effectively, own your calendar and dedicate time for the most important tasks that you will need to execute to reach your goals
  • Communicate accurately and transparently to all internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of the Docebo Customer Journey
  • Your ultimate goal is pipeline generation through successful adoption of all the previously listed responsibilities, adding fuel to the Docebo growth engine and growing with the business both personally and professionally

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills that adapt to various scenarios
  • An interest in developing or strengthening a foundation in Sales and/or Demand Generation to further improve longterm career prospects
  • You compete with yourself regularly; your goal on a daily basis is to be a better version of who you were yesterday
  • When others crumble, you get creative; you seek out new methods and approaches to further your own success and the success of your team
  • Selfempowering and selfmotivated resilience in the face of failure; you understand that it is part of the journey and ultimately an opportunity to learn and improve

Preferred Requirements:


  • 1+ year in a customerfacing role: Retail, Hospitality, or other
  • 1+ year of Inside Sales or Call Center experience
  • 1+ year in a Demand Generation or Marketing Function
