  • Salary: The salary range is from $45,000
  • $55,000/annum + comprehensive benefits package

Status: Full time perm, Hybrid / Remote

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND SUPPORTING TASKS
Full Cycle Recruitment

  • Perform fullcycle recruitment for all roles within the organization, including but not limited to Sales, IT, Marketing, Education, Finance, Human Resources and Operations
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant legislation
  • Work with hiring managers to define, implement, and improve internal recruitment processes
  • Source topnotch talent through creative avenues for roles throughout the organization
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers in the use of the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
HR Administration

  • Administer required preemployment testing
  • Prepare offers of employment and follow up on offer acceptance
  • Send onboarding documents to new employees.
  • Collect and assist in the maintenance of Talent Acquisition data used for tracking and reporting
  • Act as first point of contact for inquiries from interested applicants via different methods
  • Recommend changes and initiatives that would contribute positively to the employer brand
  • Negotiate salary and other employment arrangements

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-have:

  • Degree in Business/Commerce, Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience in Full Cycle Recruitment

Nice-to-have:

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking software (ATS) systems
  • Previous experience in the private education field
  • Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation or equivalent
