Salary: The salary range is from $45,000- $55,000/annum + comprehensive benefits package
Status: Full time perm, Hybrid / Remote

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND SUPPORTING TASKS
Full Cycle Recruitment
- Perform fullcycle recruitment for all roles within the organization, including but not limited to Sales, IT, Marketing, Education, Finance, Human Resources and Operations
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant legislation
- Work with hiring managers to define, implement, and improve internal recruitment processes
- Source topnotch talent through creative avenues for roles throughout the organization
- Provide training and support to hiring managers in the use of the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Administer required preemployment testing
- Prepare offers of employment and follow up on offer acceptance
- Send onboarding documents to new employees.
- Collect and assist in the maintenance of Talent Acquisition data used for tracking and reporting
- Act as first point of contact for inquiries from interested applicants via different methods
- Recommend changes and initiatives that would contribute positively to the employer brand
- Negotiate salary and other employment arrangements
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-have:
- Degree in Business/Commerce, Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Experience in Full Cycle Recruitment
Nice-to-have:
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking software (ATS) systems
- Previous experience in the private education field
- Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation or equivalent
