What you will do:
- Perform general administrative duties in support of approximately 40 team members.
- Coordination with Enbridge Workplace Services and Building Property Management to manage building maintenance needs and visiting 3rd party vendors.
- Supports the functional groups in the department with facility and catering bookings for various meetings and training courses.
- Creation of work orders and invoice coding for vendors and thirdparty service providers.
- Order and maintain inventory of department office supplies, kitchen supplies, and coffee supplies.
- Support Fleet Management including monthly mileage tracking, completing vehicle registrations, working with Fleet on ordering and upfitting of new vehicles and decommissioning of existing vehicles.
- Provide support to Edmonton Terminal one day per week (including working from the Edmonton Terminal.)
Who you are:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative position.
- Strong experience with office productivity software (Microsoft Office) including word processing and spreadsheets. Specifically working with medium sets of data, graph generation and Pivot Tables.
- Adept computer skills.
- Must have solid communication and organizational skills as well as a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and adjust priorities as required.
Working Condition:
- Office environment with a heavy dependence on the computer.
- Flexibility required handling work priorities, corporate training priorities, field schedules and incidents.
