Duty Manager - South (Part Time)

YMCA Calgary - South Zone

Salary:
$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

What qualifications are we looking for?

Exceptional customer service skills;
Minimum of one supervisory experience;
Strong conflict resolution skills;
Interest in and dedication to Health and Safety policy and procedure;
Current Intermediate (Standard) First Aid and CPR C certification (CPR recertified within the last 12 months);
Evidence of a clear Police Information Check including a Vulnerable Sector Search;
Three professional references required.

What does this role look like at YMCA Calgary?

The Duty Manager - South will:

Provide excellent customer service;
Maintain facility security and safety;
Respond to facility emergencies, first aid requests, incidents and theft;
Ensure safety of members and staff in a proactive manner;
Be aware of all programs and facility bookings; ensuring that facilitators have all necessary resources;
Work in a strong team environment; providing support to busy areas, tours, setup of program areas and anything else required to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
