    Account Executive, Civil and Environmental - Calgary, Canada - Seequent

    In this role

    , you will have the opportunity to:

    Account Management

  • Develop and maintain account plans and CRM updates to capture a 360 view of the your accounts
  • Stay abreast of all activity associated with your assigned accounts and actively monitor customer usage and satisfaction levels and work to improve outcomes and perceptions
  • Present your strategy to drive new, value-added solutions by connecting within those accounts at the user level up to the C-suite
  • Collaborate with our Bentley Account Managers on the sales, negotiation process and closing of business for short and long term contracts
  • Work with the Regional Director – ECE to ensure the sales activities lead to the achievement of company growth and profitability within your selected accounts
  • Develop a high level of knowledge of the value proposition of all Seequent products and combined solutions
  • Seek the best type of license entitlement that suits the distribution of the users in that account and enables the highest number of users to gain access across the portfolio of solutions
  • Pipeline & Lead Generation

  • Understand and quantify potential opportunities associated with your accounts
  • Ensure that all opportunities are well documented are identified in the CRM for forecasting
  • Collaborate with the entire Sales Team, Technical Team and Marketing to accurately assess all opportunities in the pipeline and prioritise appropriately
  • Assist the NAM sales team to increase the quality and the number of leads across the portfolio
  • In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years Sales experience at Executive and key account level
  • University degree in business related studies or earth science
  • Experience in software sales, both desktop and cloud
  • Experience in relationship management software, Salesforce preferably
  • Able to clearly communicate with stakeholders to achieve a conclusion
  • Innovative, open and able to work in a fast growing, fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well with other team members and to provide inspiration, support and assistance
  • Not required, but a a bonus if you have:

  • Market knowledge of the Civil and Environment sectors
