FCT is a fast-paced environment and it is essential the Manager, Finance Systems & Operations have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple on-going competing priorities.

You will have demonstrated the ability to build and manage effective teams through training and mentorship, constructive feedback, and development plans resulting in tangible solutions that increase team capacity, improved core service delivery and mitigate operational risk.


HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Strong knowledge in Finance business processes and ERP concepts, including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Billing, Cash collections and well as management and financial reporting. Accountability to support sales integration for all POS systems to Oracle R12 accounting.
  • Will work effectively with key stakeholders groups with direct or indirect authority to identify significant enhancement opportunities, obtain business case support and consistently drive forward critical projects to completion. Demonstrated experience working in agile project setting
  • The ability to develop targeted metrics/KPIs tracking key success measures across both internal processes and external service provider's performance.
  • Strong analytical skill is required in order to understand and assess a variety of options available to solve a particular problem and determine the most effective course of action in a logical and disciplined way.
  • Participate in standard and adhoc finance operations and funding processes as required.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing on complex medium to large size strategic objectives including active engagements as key Finance stakeholder in an agile project setting.
  • A high degree of attention to detail with 710 years or experience in data, systems and process analysis with a strong knowledge of SQL, Excel (VBA programming and Macro familiarity or creation) and financial database knowledge.
  • Solid experience with financial management, accounting and reporting systems, including but not limited to Oracle Financials, Online billing, Treasury management and payment platforms. Familiarity with SWIFT, ACH/EFT, ISO XML 20022 formats.
  • 25 years financial services experience at management level. Prior experience as Business Systems Analyst or operational strategic delivery and process improvements or equivalent.
  • University education, preferably accounting or finance with experience in Financial Services
  • Accounting designation (Nice to Have)
