Join our team as a Reliability Engineer, where you will collaborate with the Director of Continuous Improvement and Technical Services to enhance operational efficiency through the implementation and refinement of processes.

You will leverage your expertise to diagnose mechanical issues, propose effective solutions, and lead projects aimed at optimizing production.

YOUR ROLE AS THE PROCESS ENGINEER:

Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement and Technical Services, the Reliability Engineer is responsible for creating, implementing and improving operational processes.

He/she works to identify and resolve bottlenecks with the aim of making production more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient management of worksites, including management of contractors.
• Act as expert advisor to other departments.
• Make mechanical diagnoses and suggest solutions accordingly.
• Develop and present opportunity studies to resolve identified problems.
• Lead the project team to ensure timely and adequate delivery;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
• Member of the OIQ
• Advanced knowledge of French and English (written and spoken)
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High mechanical aptitude
• Results-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Project management skills
