As a business strategy advisor, you help develop plans and business intelligence; monitor business plans and performance; set targets; identify opportunities to improve service delivery; and design and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with the business architecture of various initiatives, including the organizational transformation and shift.

You advise and assist clients and partners as part of intervention and development initiatives. You recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.

You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization's objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

General Information on the Position

Specific knowledge- Ensure the canvassing of future partners in the health and social services network by making presentations to various educational institutions, professional or student associations, etc.- Develop and implement business development strategies in order to acquire and retain a student clientele in the global health field (e.g.

doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, dentists, veterinarians, etc.) in the health and complementary networks.- Ensure upstream linkages with cultural community canvassers and youth representatives of complementary networks in order to ensure continuity in action plans and business development with new student arrivals.- Ensure the canvassing of educational institutions, whether it be with teachers, departmental coordinators, human resources management or the general management of the various educational institutions (university, CEGEP, vocational center).

Establish a solid partnership in order to perpetuate it over time, while being aware of renegotiating the agreements annually. The agreement includes information sessions, kiosks in school departments and participation in student life.

Interpersonal skills become an essential skill.- Make sure you understand the Desjardins offer in order to create trusting relationships with students during presentations in schools, health departments or directly in hospitals.

Other working conditions- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle- The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Travel : Will be required to travel in the province of Quebec- Number of jobs available : 1


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with French and English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
