As the
Inventory Coordinator/Dispatch you will work closely with the Service and Field Operations as well as customers to guarantee the successful fulfillment of all contracts.

Your objective is to ensure all rental and sale inventory is sourced, staged, delivered, and returned in an organized, accurate and efficient manner.

Logistics to and from site as well as for inventory purposes is a major component of this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with Project Managers, Estimators, Shop and Field Service to ensure the accurate and timely delivery and return of equipment to and from job sites.
Forecast requirements and source equipment, parts, and material to fulfill upcoming orders.
Identify and communicate customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
Assist project management and sales team in addressing customer requirements, preparation of general rental/sales quotations, coordination as well as order processing.
Coordinate with vendors and manage the most efficient loads to remain costeffective as a company, combining shipments based on their routes and timeline.
Daily scheduling of logistics; (intercompany drivers and thirdparty transport companies).
Create, update and close purchase orders.
Assist in regular inventory cycle counts, maintaining system inventory counts that match inventory on hand to facilitate interbranch transfers.
Manage cross border & overseas freight coordination and documentation. Regular communications with brokerage firms.
Comply with all company, governing and equipmentspecific safety regulations, as well as environmental regulatory compliance requirements at all times.
Be available afterhours and weekends (occasional) for emergency response where logistics is required (interbranch or thirdparty coordination).
Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe work environment.
When needed, act as a backup in shop duties (assign pick lists, work orders, communicate with shop staff to coordinate delivery/return of equipment.
