As the consolidation point for all business intelligence and business analytics functions across ICBC, the Information
Management team's goal is to empower the organization to drive efficiencies and savings across all facets of the business. This
is accomplished by providing internal and external customers with precision reporting, query and analysis, statistical, descriptive
analysis, and performance measurement (dashboards, scorecards and indicators).
The Business System Analyst will join the Information Management Insurance and Contact Center team which support multiple
business areas by working closely with business stakeholders. This is a Temporary position for 9 months. They would be

Position Requirements
To make an immediate contribution, you will have the following:
- Leading business requirements gathering and solutions design analysis.
- Working closely with business stakeholders in ensuring clear business requirements are obtained and understood. She/he will
- Leading the team's direction and overall plan so good leadership skill is a must.
- Proven work experience as a business or functional analyst working closely with business users.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to do data profiling with large and complex datasets.
- Proficiency in developing complex SQL for data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively with a team or independently, as well as lead small teams as needed.
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritize and complete multiple concurrent tasks in an environment of changing deadlines,
- Experience and good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
- Experience with Data Modeling, JIRA would be an asset.
- Understanding of Big Data platforms, ideally with exposure to Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, SPARK, NoSQL, YARN).
- Has working experience in Tableau.
