    Description
    Assist customers in person, by phone and electronically
    Utilize computer systems to provide information on price and availability
    Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and represent our clients with integrity
    Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and an ability to educate customers
    Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and customer retention
    Contact manufacturers/vendors for product information and to ensure deadlines are met
    Support other branch employees


    Requirements:
    ~ Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skill
    ~1-3 years of sales experience
    ~ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment
    ~ Internal drive for success and professional growth

    IDN-Canada offers a competitive salary and benefit package, monthly & yearly bonus opportunities, commissions, and a RSP program.
    Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
    Due to the nature of our business and products carried, candidates must be bondable with no criminal record. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
