- Manage benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Work with managers and employees to coordinate, administer and manage employee leaves of absence (including FMLA, STD, Worker's Compensation, and other miscellaneous leaves).
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files (both physical and electronic), including processing updates in employment status, benefits, and personal information, and coordinating with Payroll when necessary.
- Assist in conducting internal audits to monitor and enforce compliance.
- Perform tasks related to invoice tracking and reconciliation.
- Perform tasks related to MVRs and company vehicles.
- Help develop and maintain HR-related documentation, including employee handbooks, benefit guides, and policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees across the organization.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Track training completion and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations; EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and other employment and labor laws; and prepare and submit reports as required by regulatory agencies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance appraisal processes, diversity, and inclusion programs, and HRIS system implementations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Manage the HR email inbox by answering emails on a timely basis and coordinating with HR experts on more detailed questions.
- Assist in creating and distributing internal HR communications.
- Ensure that documents are filed accurately and securely.
- Manage relationships with HR-related vendors and third-party service providers.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and changes in employment laws.
- Coordinate the new employee onboarding process, including paperwork, training, and orientation.
- A ssist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement initiatives to improve employee morale and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with Windows operation required .
- Experience in ADP or similar HR program .
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Job Purpose
The Human Resource Coordinator supports the Human Resource department's daily operations of policies and procedures to ensure a positive applicant, employee, and management experience. This position will focus on benefits and leave administration.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field preferred.
E xperience: 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or administration. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Prior experience with benefits and leave administration is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
To perform the duties of this job, the employee is required to use the computer for extended periods of time in a sitting or standing position. Ability to work under time constraints and ability to work in a face paced work environment. When visiting a plant, the employee will need to be able to be on their feet for an extended period. Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving products, minimum of 25 lbs. Exposure to varying types of climates. Outside environment can be dusty & noisy. Equipment & treated lumber may emit fumes. Moderate travel required .
