Type and Level of Work
- This is a casual, responsible position at the direct service level. Job responsibilities relate to the support of Program activities for a group of adults with multiple disabilities who are attending the Elves Adult Program.


Chief Responsibilities:


  • Support permanent staff in the development and implementation of appropriate programs for a group of individuals with an atmosphere of warmth and respect.
  • Consistent practice of health and safety and hygiene activities relating to the Program participants.
  • Demonstrate consistent and appropriate interpersonal skills with regard to working within a team model (coinstructor, resource staff and external consultants).
  • Consistent practice of Adult Program policies and procedures and participation in routine Program tasks.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma (Grade 12)
  • One year direct experience with individuals with disabilities

Salary:
$17.00 per hour
