seeking a
Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Halifax, Nova Scotia location.

The Project Coordinator will assist our Project Managers as their 'eyes and ears' on construction sites
while working with the superintendent to coordinate trades, deliveries and to complete on-site
duties. The firm's projects are diverse and include a range of work from tenant improvements to
complex new developments.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include creating and updating
construction schedules, maintaining up to date construction documents, submittal logs, drawing logs,
construction drawings, and the front-end of tender documents. The Project Coordinator will liaise
with design consultants to obtain submittals and design drawing updates as well as RFI or SI updates.
