Reporting to Facilities Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Responsible for completing assigned repairs, maintenance and minor construction tasks and carrying out planned maintenance program for the entire association

• Responsible for ensuring the properties operate in a clean and safe manner

• To operate all equipment /tools in a safe manner

• Other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in facilities management and

• You have experience and/or knowledge in plumbing, electrical, painting and overall general maintenance skills

• You have a strong knowledge and background in carpentry

• You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision

• You are honest, trustworthy, are results orientated, and are proud of the work that you do

• You have the ability to work in a fast -paced environment

• Must have a valid Class 5 license – travel is required through out the Lake Country Co-op trading area

• Must be physically fit – physical labour is required
