Description
What you'll do:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
• Assist in the maintenance of corporate governance policies and procedures
• Coordinate and organize board meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials
• Process new membership applications and equity withdrawals promptly and accurately
• Maintain and update membership records in the database
• Generate and distribute membership cards, welcome kits, and other materials
• Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and concerns
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member needs professionally and efficiently
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club program which includes coordinating Kids Club memberships, communications, and special events
• Assist with the coordination of community and team member events
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote membership benefits and upcoming events
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department and executive assistant
• Other duties as assigned
Who you'll work with: Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be a key participant in executing policies and programs to ensure a high level of satisfaction for members, customers, and team members.

It is a short drive to Prince Albert National Park that has over 1,500 lakes to explore and countless activities and events to choose from The city of Prince Albert has several parks, arts and entertainment, and recreational facilities including Little Red River Park, Rotary Adventure Park, Art Hauser Center, Alfred Jenkins Field House, Mann Art Gallery and the EA Rawlinson Centre for the Arts, providing fun-filled activities for the entire family. Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
• You have a grade 12 or equivalent and a post secondary education in Office Administration
• You have 2-5 years of proven experience as an Office Administration Clerk
• You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You're honest and trustworthy, and strive to be the best in what you do
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You have high attention to detail in all aspects of data management
• You are able to adapt to changes in priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• You have the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• You are proactive and self motivated to approach tasks and problem solve
• You can maintain a high level of professionalism, particularly when dealing with members, board of
directors, and team members
• You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and team collaboration
