    Description
    IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitment & Search Firm specializing in identifying, & sourcing top performers for our clientele. Our clients include industry-leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function. Position: HSE CoordinatorLocation: Vaughan, ONSalary: $75,000 - $85,000 YearlyIndustry: Construction/ Health and Safety / IHSA/ WSIBEmployment Term: Full Time / Permanent Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all HSE-related regulations
    • Responsible for site-level implementation of all regulations along with ensuring a safe working environment
    • Managing relationships with all internal and external members
    • Being up to date with regulations and industry practices
    • Responsible for performing daily audits to identify and control any hazards
    • Investigate all incidents and perform the necessary steps to avoid further occurrences in the future
    • Ensure all workplace injuries are reported within the required timeframes
    • Complete incident reports as needed
    • Travel and visit sites as required
    • Other tasks as assigned

    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Post-secondary education in occupational health and safety or equivalent
    • 3-5 years of experience in an HSE role that involved managing, planning, and implementing HSE requirements
    • Experience in Civil construction preferred
    • Strong working knowledge of OH&S Acts and other applicable legislation
    • Familiar with investigation and auditing techniques (COR/ISO)
    • Experienced with WSIB reporting and IHSA COR requirements
    • NCSO certification is preferred
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
    • The position requires traveling to multiple locations, valid driver's license required
