Description

We are hiring a Sales Consultant / Product Advisor to help guide clients along their vehicle purchasing experience.

You will act as a liaison, providing product/services knowledge to help the customer and clients make an informed and comfortable decision when making a large purchase like a New Vehicle.

We're looking for someone whose primary concern is helping the customer stay informed & comfortable throughout the process; eventually leading them to a sale.

Responsibilities:

Interacting with all customers with the utmost respect whether in person, digitally, or by phone.
Prospecting for new business using electronic and telecommunication methods.
Following best practices related to outbound phone calls.
Participating in daily sales meetings.
Engaging in daily oneonone meetings with your manager.
Becoming the face of the brand and representing Taylor Toyota with the utmost integrity.
Learning and following all policies including the code of conduct.
Punctually starting your shift, and following your schedule with the flexibility for changes.
Respectfully interacting with all coworkers.
Following processes and procedures to develop excellence, daily.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of our vehicle and finance offerings.
Executing the sales process with passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Regularly setting goals to measure success and direct your energy.
Delivering sales results above or consistent with company standards.
