Responsibilities:


  • Perform preliminary and detailed engineering design tasks for land development projects, including servicing, grading and stormwater management design
  • Produce engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D
  • Assist with the preparation of functional servicing reports and other technical documents;
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, agencies and contractors throughout the approval and construction processes

Requirements:


  • Completion of university degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited university
  • Drafting experience using AutoCAD
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work flexibly to meet deadlines
  • Valid 'G' license, access to a vehicle and able to travel within the GTA

Assets:


  • Knowledge of the land development processes and applicable regulations
  • Experience in the land development industry
  • Experience using AutoCAD Civil3D
