Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To):


  • Provide support to the
    Safety department, including collection of Key Performance Indicators from consultants, and KPI creation for clients
  • Assist the Safety department with
    payroll/billing charts:

  • Revising of consultant schedules and time table:
  • Prepare and organize client related spreadsheets and information
  • Handle and update client visitation schedules and invoicing list
  • Maintain and update safetyrelated documentation and metrics
  • Administrative tasks for the Safety Department

Qualifications:


  • 13 years of experience in an administrative or support role, _(safety department or related field an asset)_
  • A degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Management, Office Administration _(relevant training in Occupational Health and Safety is an asset_)
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards, including but not limited to the Occupational Health and Safety Act an asset

Employee scheduling and logistics experience an asset:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
