WHAT YOU WILL DO
You are a student that has an interest in mental health and values working for an innovative and purpose-driven organization.
Not only will you play a key role in supporting the administrative team, you will also assist with data collection and analysis.

Your accountabilities will include:
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Book and manage client appointments, including virtual appointments
- Assist with booking and managing client appointments, including virtual appointments
- Support the distribution of client schedules in a timely manner
- Assist in completing invoices for all of The Newly's programs
- Assist with data collection, including administration of surveys and questionnaires to clients
- Input of collected data into spreadsheets, and various storage methods
- Assist in analyzing and visualizing data using appropriate statistical methods and software
- Prepare and distribute clinical documents such as WCB reporting, IOP/Flex discharge summaries, prescriptions, doctor's notes, and other associated documents
WHAT YOU BRING
Education:
High school diploma and currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in a relevant mental health field.
Experience:
One to two years of office or clinic administration experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset. One to two years working in a client-facing role is an asset. Equivalencies of experience may be considered.
Technical:
Considerable experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience using Electronic Medical Records is an asset.
Background Check:
A clear Criminal Background check is required to start.
