BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of a University Degree
  • Prior experience working with complex electrical infrastructure projects and working with local electrical utility companies is an asset
  • Knowledge of the EV charging hardware industry is an asset
  • Communication skills ability to convey complex and technical messages in a simplistic manner
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams, including key stakeholders in both Canada & US
  • Dedicated, Passionate, Self-Motivated, Creative Thinker and Decision Maker
  • Ability to manage to deadlines / timelines and complex projects, with high degree of planned and unplanned variables and complexities.
  • Drive for results, analytical skills, business acumen and ability to work independently and collaboratively with our partners.
  • Embody OS Behaviors
  • Field experience is an asset
  • Bilingual (French) is an asset

  • Key charging lead for Model e Canada, working collaboratively with Ford Pro, Rotunda and North American Charging teams
  • Seek innovative solutions to ensure dealer charging infrastructure readiness to support Model e launch
  • Lead development and implementation of Canadian Inquiry Process in partnership with Market Representation team and North American Model e team to evaluate dealership requests for exceptions to our Model e / Lincoln BEV Standards
  • Lead vendormanaged Charger Certification process through 2023 / 2024 to support Model e and Lincoln BEV readiness
  • Dealer education & support for running their new charger revenue stream
